Marc Anderson is a fifth-generation Floridian, directly descended from Joseph Daniel Anderson, one of the early settlers who helped establish Sarasota County. During his childhood, Marc’s family relocated to Stone Mountain, GA, where his father took a position with the Atlanta Constitution.

Marc pursued higher education at North Georgia College and State University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, he faced a pivotal career decision between Finance and real estate, ultimately choosing the latter. In 2006, Marc earned his real estate license in Georgia. He began his career with ReMax in Duluth, specializing in selling new construction and homes in Northeast Atlanta.

Despite his success, Marc’s love for Florida remained strong, and in 2010, he moved to the Panhandle town of Apalachicola, Florida. There, he quickly obtained his real estate license and started selling homes in the historic fishing town and beachfront properties on St. George Island, particularly in the Plantation community.

In 2015, Marc met Michelle during her vacation on St. George Island through a mutual friend. It was love at first sight. A few months later, they moved to Ponte Vedra, where Marc took a position as a closer for Ponte Vedra Title, leveraging his paralegal and title experience while gaining insight into the local real estate market.

Marc and Michelle partnered a few years later, combining their strengths and expertise in real estate sales, valuation, negotiation, and marketing. Together, they offer clients the benefits of their combined decades of full-time real estate experience, making them an exceptional team in the industry.
