Glennis Grace blows roof off Dolby Theatre with ‘This Woman’s Work’ cover during ‘America’s Got Talent’ Semifinals [WATCH]

Glennis Grace returned to “America’s Got Talent” during this week’s Semifinals 2 episode and took on “This Woman’s Work” by Kate Bush. As a mother, Glennis feels guilty leaving her son behind each and every week, but it could all be worth it in the end if she wins the $1 million prize. Will Glennis advance to next week’s “AGT” Finals? Watch the “Americas Got Talent” video above, read the judges’ comments below, and then make your predictions before Wednesday’s results show.

Mel B: “Yes, yes, yes! That is one of my favorite songs and you just sang it so beautifully. The feeling and the passion. Every note was perfect. Your vibrato. The way you look. The way you did everything. Just yes, yes, yes.”

Heidi Klum: “I mean, I just continue with the yes, yes, yes. Every moment with you is a special moment, is a memorable moment. Every time, time and time and time again, you show us that you need to be at the finale. You do. You’re amazing.”

Simon Cowell: “Glennis, I think for me this was the best performance of the night so far. I mean, your voice is incredible. It was a fantastic song choice. Seeing the story about you and your son and why you’re here and how much it means, it was very emotional. It was classy. That’s actually how you do it. Full stop. Brilliant.”

Howie Mandel: “Perfection. You look great. You sounded great. You rose to the occasion. I think nerves have been getting everybody else. You’re the first person that brought it home. Thank you so much.”

In his “AGT” live blog, our recapper Denton Davidson had this to say about the performance: “Glennis Grace thought she was going home a few weeks ago when she misheard Tyra’s announcement. The journey has been difficult for her since her son is not with her (she’s from Amsterdam). Tonight she’s singing one of my favorite songs, ‘This Woman’s Work’ by Maxwell. Hands down, Glennis is the best technical singer in the competition this season. I LOVE her voice. If anything is lacking, it’s a fierce passion in her stage presence, but I think she turned that up a notch tonight. She was my favorite act of the night and the first to receive a standing ovation from all four judges.”
